Excellent for the nutrition beginner who hasn't been paying attention to what's on their menu. Identify poor habits to implement new eating and movement practices that will move you towards a happier, healthier version of yourself.

There is no "magic pill" for losing weight.

Both ascetic and health based goals require a calorie deficit. Dial in a timeline, calorie, and macro plan that will prioritize muscle retention and fat loss, while workshopping how to make it fit into your life.

Grow 

Been lifting heavy ass weights but not noticing any strength, shoulder, or booty gains? Structure your nutrition and training to maximize muscle growth while limiting your body fat percentage.

Nutrition coaching is not about hiring someone to give you a bad report card or detention for not being perfect. Although we can't do the work for you, we can offer expert guidance, context, and support you through your endeavor. We are your teammate and will be in your corner if you're ready to suceed! 

Initial Meeting:

-Determine motivations and goals

-Decide on the best path for you and a concrete timeline

-Leave with action steps to start making change!

-Review progress for accountability

-Share successes and struggles 

-Workshop adjustments that will fit into your life 

-Review valuable nutrition topics and myths
